Our philosophy
Technology is a means, never the point.
We are interested in what a product allows an organisation to do — not in the novelty of the tools used to build it. The most advanced decision is often the simplest one that holds.
That conviction shapes how we hire, how we scope work, and what we are willing to argue for.
Our approach
Small teams, close to the problem.
We work in focused teams with direct access to the people who will own the product after us. Decisions are made quickly because the people making them are the people doing the work.

Restraint is a technical position.
Every system carries the cost of what it contains. We add carefully, remove deliberately, and treat maintenance as part of the design.
