What you'll do
- Turn designs into polished, accessible React and Next.js interfaces
- Work closely with designers and backend engineers on new features
- Keep performance, SEO and code quality high
What we're looking for
- Strong TypeScript, React and modern CSS
- Experience with Next.js or a similar framework
- An eye for detail and smooth motion
Experience: 2+ yearsWhat you'll do
- Build secure, well-tested APIs and background jobs
- Model data in PostgreSQL and keep multi-tenant data separated
- Integrate payment gateways, SMS and third-party services
What we're looking for
- Solid Node.js / TypeScript and SQL
- Understanding of authentication, permissions and security
- Comfortable with Git, Linux and cloud deployment
Experience: 2+ yearsWhat you'll do
- Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems
- Test ideas with real users and refine them
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of web or app design work
- Strong Figma skills and typography sense
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
Experience: 1+ yearsWhat you'll do
- Run product demos for coaching centres and study-abroad agencies
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Share customer feedback with the product team
What we're looking for
- Clear communication in Bangla and English
- Experience in B2B or software sales is a plus
- Comfortable visiting clients around Dhaka
