A listings and lease-management platform for a regional property group, connecting public listings to the internal workflow that actually closes a lease.
The brief
Listings and leasing ran as two disconnected systems.
The public listings site and the internal leasing workflow didn't talk to each other, so every inquiry meant manual re-entry before an agent could respond.
The approach
One system, two faces.
A shared data model powers both the public site and an internal console: a listing published once appears everywhere, and an inquiry lands directly in the agent's queue with the unit's full history attached.
Document generation and e-signature were built into the same flow, so a lease moves from inquiry to signature without leaving the platform.
